Montclair Book Center Ui is a re-imagined website, as well as brand identity building, for the Montclair Book Center in Montclair, New Jersey. My goal was to create a cohesive brand that feels playful without overwhelming or isolating customers. The result is a combination of hand-lettering and illustration alongside an approachable website design.

When I revisited this project, my focus was on fully developing a brand identity. The original UI was designed in Fall 2023, and needed a revamp, something that better aligned with the store’s intentions and personality. As the visual language of the brand evolved, the website naturally evolved alongside it. The two informed each other throughout the process, developing in tandem to create a cohesive experience.
